Replace all Dream Riders with Cursed asap imo. Too bad anet didn't fix the problem from the start and reduce the duration of SF. Anyway, hopefully anet will deal with the problem faster this time.

Nice effort from anet though, I am sure they didn't expect Burning Speed (a very useless skill) to be used in this way.

lol way to be prejudice at least it requires a certain level of thinking to run an SY. Believe it or not there let me think... O YEA 7 other people in our party with their own builds! It isnt a cookie cutter 6 or 5 ursan 2 or 3 monk team believe it or not. We use our own thought up builds I hope this doesnt suprise you. I did use prejudice. I said what I knew from facts.

I could also argue that Ursan requires skill. Think of the positioning requred to protect the backline, chaining knock-downs with co-operation and coordination. All of this with only 4 skills, no healing, no hex or condition control and no res. If you do wish to res you have to wait 30 seconds for Ursan to recharge and can't contribute effectively.

Despite all of the negatives, it still wins at PvE and gets those irritating HM missions over with.

It's only logical that Anet will react soon again. At least if they're serious about the motivation behind the Shadow Form nerf. If that's the case, embrace yourself for impact again.

Kudus though to the players who alrdy gave birth to the new perma sin. I like that spirit, kinda we against the system instead of we against we. However, good songs don't last long they say.

Great, more people complaining about no-ursan nerf and there ecto price dropping again. If you bought ecto you took a gamble and you loss. That is how it is in life and if you treat a game like your life revolves around it that is how your game is going to end up.

The permasin are not pulling 10 ecto per run anymore, most I have heard of is 6, but at the same time the nerf is driving more permasin to the UW since farming outside of it is useless now.

ANET stop listening to elitist and let the casual farmer / player have some fun before they move to GW2. Your good effort just resulted in causing more grief for the permasins that didn't want to farm ecto all the time (I was one of those) and the qq's are back in full force again due to their owe so valuable economy (meaning their stacks of ecto) is going down the drain again. If someone doesn’t want to use ursan they don’t have too, I don’t like so I don’t use it. If someone one doesn’t like to use permasins no one is forcing them to use it. If someone doesn’t want to grind titles no one is forcing them to grind titles. If someone doesn’t want to farm the game is setup that no one ever has to farm.

The true irony of the update is that you are trying to nerf a build created by a group up people that have been fighting nerfs for three years now. Accept that you won't win and the more you try to win the more customers you upset.

1. I don't have any ecto in storage anymore yet I still don't want the value to drop. The high end economy is largely based on ecto and changing that now isn't going to happen.

2. I believe we have already established that *that* argument does not work and is quite stupid. Game balance is more important than a few QQ'ers who are too impatient and want everything NOW.

Agreed, that would have been the best course of action. Now with the 50% damage reduction in Shadow Form, people who used to farm vermin, destroyers, raptors, etc... using SF and sliver armor basically got screwed while ecto farming with degen builds is still a viable option. Once again, ANet's solution misses the mark by a longshot... >.>

1. exactly, people just decided that ecto would be the base of the high end economy because at the time of release, ectos were 3x their value that they are now. People took a stupid gamble saying this would be the new currency and now that it has fallen in value, people with their stacks of the pink balls are pissed that they lost so much money. It's their fault they invested in ectos, so they lose the money.

I'm sorry for the fair terras, it's always the unfair ones that screw it up for the fair ones, but to answer your question: no, not me. Too many terra leavers were spoiling the fun for plenty of groups. My ignore list is filled with moneybags like that.

I know a large amount of high end trader have already moved away from ecto as currancy. Guess that it wasn't that well established. Try using lockpicks next time.

considering the fact that the only pvp I ever do is hero battles and alliance battles both which barely qualify as being PvP.

So listen to stockholm and put me on your "ignor" list if you cant argue your point against me. I guess ducking out of an arguement and just ignoring it is always the easy way out when you dont know what you are talking about.
